SHIPPING POLICY
Доставката за територията на България се извършва от куриерските фирми Еконт или Спиди, до личен адрес или техен офис, както и до автомат на BOX NOW.
Моля, имайте предвид, че ако изберете доставка с BOX NOW, трябва задължително да изберете и опцията за плащане с карта.
За доставка, моля, да предоставите имена, телефонен номер и личен адрес или офис на избраната куриерска фирма.
Пратките се изпращат с опция за преглед и тест (освен когато стигат до автомат) и в рамките на 1 до 2 работни дни след направената поръчка.
(Ако поръчката е направена след 10:00ч. в работен ден, тя ще бъде изпратена на следващия работен ден.) Всички куриерски услуги са за сметка на получателя.

✔Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Each ZinaArts piece is created in small, limited editions, often made to order. Because of this, I kindly ask you to choose carefully.
That said, if something isn’t right:

I accept returns and exchanges if the buyer contacts me within 3 days of delivery and

ships items back within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Custom, made-to-order items or items on sale cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
To request a return or exchange, please contact me before sending anything back. I’ll guide you through the process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photos if possible.
I’ll make sure we find a fair solution.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
P A C K I N G Y O U R O R D E R S :
We sometimes may reuse paper, cardboard, box or packing fillers (sometimes plastic sheets, but only if it’s necessary) because these are in perfectly good shape to be reused. We would like to ask you to do the same after receiving your package – if the wrapping is good to be reused again, do not hesitate to do the same. We need to try everything in order to help our planet and our way of living and such small steps could take us far.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle - an important part of sustainable living, as they help to cut down on the amount of waste we have to throw away.
Reduce the amount of waste you produce.
Reuse items as much as you can before replacing them.
Recycle items wherever possible.
